 Services are offered by appointment with flexible hours in my accessible and conveniently 
located Fairview Park office as well as through Telehealth.
At this time I accept self-payment as well as offer In Network insurance billing.
If you would like to use Out of Network Benefits I am happy to provide you with a Superbill
