Transpersonal coaching for women in life transitions—self-discovery and rediscovery work that moves beyond coping toward alignment, restoration, and a life that feels genuinely yours.
"At a certain point, coping isn't enough. You begin to want something more honest, more sustainable, and more aligned."
Showing up. Managing what needs to be managed. Being the one others rely on. But internally, it may feel different.
You might feel tired in a way that rest doesn't fix. Disconnected from yourself. Or unsure of who you are now that the season you're in looks nothing like the one before it.
"High-functioning on the outside. Something quieter—and more alive—waiting on the inside."
Rather than focusing only on the surface, we explore the patterns, experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you live and relate to yourself—and we listen for what's quietly asking to emerge next.
This is transpersonal exploration: coaching that honors the whole of you—mind, body, and spirit—and makes room for meaning, alignment, and psychospiritual integration alongside practical, forward-moving change.
Working with the subconscious to clarify what you truly want and give shape to a vision for the life and self you're moving toward.
Meeting the different parts of you—the protector, the striver, the one who longs for rest—and helping them come into cooperation and wholeness.
Building body-based resources that help your nervous system settle, so steadiness becomes something you can return to on your own.
Weaving meaning, values, and a sense of the sacred into the work—so growth feels aligned, whole, and genuinely your own.
A guided group experience using subconscious visioning, somatic resourcing, and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with inner stillness, release long-held patterns, and cultivate lasting calm—with the accountability support of moving forward alongside other women.
Transpersonal Coach guiding women through life transitions, self-discovery, and rediscovery.
Though I trained and practiced as a clinical social worker and therapist, my path led me toward a different kind of work—coaching that meets women not as a set of symptoms to treat, but as whole people in the midst of becoming.
Over time, I found myself drawn to women who are often holding a great deal internally while continuing to function well on the outside. Many are standing at the edge of a transition—and in the process, have become disconnected from themselves.
My work has evolved into transpersonal coaching: a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who you are—and who you're becoming—in a more intentional, aligned way.
A clearer sense of identity and self-trust—knowing who you are independent of the roles you carry
A regulated nervous system and somatic resources you can return to—steadiness that lives in the body, not just the mind
Restoration and renewed energy—relief from the patterns of overextension that had become your baseline
A grounded, aligned way of living—where your inner vision and your outer life finally move in the same direction
Choosing coaching is a meaningful investment—of time, energy, and resources. My practice is designed for women seeking thoughtful, in-depth work and a personalized, forward-moving experience.
For women who prefer a flexible, week-to-week rhythm of transpersonal exploration, alignment, and accountability support.
