Therapy for women navigating chronic illness, caregiving, and life transitions—who are ready for something deeper than just coping.
"At a certain point, coping isn't enough. You begin to want something more honest, more sustainable, and more aligned."
Showing up. Managing what needs to be managed. Being the one others rely on. But internally, it may feel different.
You might feel tired in a way that rest doesn't fix. Disconnected from yourself. Or unsure of who you are outside of everything you've been carrying.
"High-functioning on the outside. Something quieter—and harder—on the inside."
Rather than focusing only on surface-level symptoms, we explore the patterns, experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you live and relate to yourself.
For clients who feel drawn to it, therapy can also include exploration of meaning, spirituality, and personal direction.
Identifying and reshaping the thought patterns that quietly drive behavior and emotional experience.
Cultivating present-moment awareness to interrupt habitual stress responses and build inner steadiness.
Accessing the subconscious to release deeply held emotional patterns and support lasting transformation.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for healing the emotional weight of difficult experiences.
Holistic Psychotherapist specializing in chronic illness, caregiving, and identity through life transitions.
My path into this work grew from a deep interest in how people navigate experiences that quietly reshape their lives—chronic stress, caregiving roles, and health challenges.
Over time, I found myself drawn to working with women who are often holding a great deal internally while continuing to function well on the outside. Many are navigating responsibilities or life circumstances they didn't anticipate—and in the process, have become disconnected from themselves.
My work has evolved to focus on creating a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who they are in a more intentional way.
A clearer sense of identity and self-trust—knowing who you are independent of the roles you carry
Relief from chronic patterns of overextension and burnout that have become your baseline
Greater emotional steadiness—a felt sense of internal ground beneath the uncertainty
A more grounded and aligned way of living—sustainable, honest, and genuinely yours
Choosing therapy is a meaningful investment—of time, energy, and resources. My practice is designed for clients seeking thoughtful, in-depth work and a more personalized therapeutic experience.
