A future group offering for adults who want to practice mindfulness, hypnotic relaxation, breathwork, and reflective inner work in a grounded, supportive setting.
A bridge between mindfulness, relaxation, and deeper awareness
This group is being developed for people who want practical support for slowing down, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with themselves.
The approach is inspired by mindful hypnotherapy concepts, including the clinical work of Dr. Gary Elkins, and will be adapted through Airielle's training as an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist and her down-to-earth, spiritually open style.
Group practices may include guided relaxation, hypnotic imagery, breathwork, body awareness, mindfulness practice, reflective journaling, and gentle integration exercises between sessions.
This group may support:

This group is planned as a supportive wellness/coaching-oriented offering unless specifically announced as a psychotherapy group. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, or crisis support. Insurance does not apply to coaching or wellness groups.
